Electricity Hogwash

All this talk about Bombardier being hurt if electricity rates go up is a bunch of hogwash, Quebec has one of the lowest rates in the world. There is no there there!!

Correction: At $52, before the 2for 1, that represents with the 25 for 1 R/split, more than $1000 s/p, if not mistaken, huge drop! Glta!
