You don't see these kind of terms unless the business model is stable. To get refinancing under 4% while interest rates in general are much higher, should give investors some comfort, and Sienna

Short Position Down ever so Slightly
Shorts are down but only by 57k shares for the period ending June 15/23. They are starting to cover and the end of day action trying to hit stop losses is evident of this in my opinion.
