For the record I sold out (at a loss) months ago. I have no interest in buying and stictly observe as an academic project. This Co. is in trouble and the next quarter financials will be interesting ...more

I was implying that something was fishy. The investment was over 17 million in late October 2018, but the transaction fee was 1 million. Either way their 20 million shares cost 16 or $17 million and ...more

It's illegal, but possibly that large transaction could have been a "wash trade". One owns the shares in one account and trades them to another to look like a price increase; an attempt ...more

I checked the notes to their statement,( page 14) - 20,590,000 shares were issued at $.85 for total proceeds of $16,418,414. The shares were issued on December 31, 2018. The shares are worth just over ...more

In penny stocks you win some and lose more Hopefully the wins more than cover the loses. Looks like SAFE is in trouble and investors will pay the cost; not management.
