The known magnesium mineralization is located within two of the mineral claims. The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

Still way overpriced...
I think the current share price bump is an overreaction to the recent Mg price bump. I seriously doubt WHY will ever become a real company. Just my expert opinion.

Suggest to read the MDA on Sedar. Nearly ready to submit is my understanding. A 4 to 6 mon government approval cycle requires the consultants to respond quickly to SIRs. Could take as long as 9 months

I would buy before the permit / news. It's cheap to buy right now. With a low OS count it will be hard to get in later.

Does anyone know how long the permit process takes? Theres still no news on the submission so I'm surprised at the increased SP but hopefull nevertheless of good movement soon
