I think that this issue was forced upon the heritage guys counsel corp aint stund why do you think there is a monthh in the difference of the x date and the pay date

best way to do it was to speak to tax advisor. ps. anyways, jsut thought i post my reply....now it looks like it doesnt matter since a listing in canada by company (the special dividend shares) ...more

The reason they couldnt issue a cash dividend because they couldnt sell the business. If counsel corp was a good investment last week this doesnt make one bit of difference.Lets hope ...more
