thats because so many people got burned by pumpers during 09/10 when things went nuts, everyone and their dog started a company but very few had any property worth any value. once the chaos settles

Of course you could just buy as many as you want right now for .08-.085 and try and flip them for .10. You realize any financing of any real dollar amount will dilute the cr$p

why don't they allow current shareholders to participate in a financing.maybe for every four shares you own you have the option of purchasing 1 share at .10 with a half warrant at .15
