You are corrrect that HSE should trade at a premium to take into consideration the warrants. The warrants are "in the money" for 0.49$. But dont forget that each shares gives you only 0.0651 ...more

So if Cenovus is trading at $7.03 now, that's what a common Husky share will be worth? When the preferreds switch over to Cenovus, will the interest spreads remain the same?
