Bmo Nesbit bought again yesterday bought a couple of million earlier this year in 9 cent range. I fully expected them to sell for year end tax loss but maybe there's still hope

Finacing is the catalyst that will move this company. The previous PP closed 11 months ago in Jan 2023. Perhaps we are on the cusp of a financial Christmas PR? Just speculating.
