The independents still have to stand up FOR us. There should be no problem with that. It is their job, so dont give them any leeway. They get paid very well to do it. Dont be silly about spot premiums ...more

not so long ago these guys created a cash reserve, taken from profits that otherwise HAD to be paid out as a distribution. Then they created an ABL, or loan based on zinc. Then the borrowed money was ...more
