Low Premium for REL

Another takeover today, REL by CPG. Check the B.B. for V.REL, many shareholders are not happy with the low premium. Maybe good that CPG has they hands full with one and SCS can wait for a different ...more

It's hard to see much more upside for SCS for awhile the failure to track the market  move yesterday probably signifies a near term top in the share price. The most likely near term catalyst ...more

Hey Trevor: We all do this.  I sold the last of my MEL only a few weeks ago at $3.80.  Had 20,000 shares at one point.  Only made a little bit of money on it in the long run ...more

I sold 2 weeks ago out of world economic fears, this is a good company that just keeps on drilling. Good luck to those who are in for the long haul! Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!

I should add

I think a sale at this time is premature. My preference would be for them to develop their properties for at least another 6-12 months. Lots of potential upside

The reason why you see muted response, is that a takeover was already built in to the price to a fair degree. So I don't think you should expect to see a large premium on top of the current price, ...more
