The Company retains 100% of the mineral rights to the Record Ridge Property, which consists of 29 contiguous mineral claims, eight crown-granted claims, and one privately owned claim totaling 8,972 hectares. The known magnesium mineralization is located within two of the mineral claims. The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

I agree I don't see a partner that would dilute our holdings but securing a binding offtake agreement could help setup us up for financing the mine once the permit comes in or maybe even set

Not sure they would really need a partner. This is low cost capex. Either mine it or sell it. But, anyone badly needing magnesium might be willing to pay upfront to secure a portion of the production,

It's just a guess.. is maybe there's a partner or partial buyer ready to announce once the permit is awarded. I would take that any day.

The owner would explain it best but as I understand it, with the older mines on the property, there is essentially everything there.... Gold, Silver, Lead, Silica..the Mag is a solid deposit

Permits could be close, but reality is that 70M just seems so cheap. Some explorers are currently trading 10x higher in valuation with nothing more to offer in my opinion. MoneyK
