with all due respect, this stock is going to zero. Equity and most bond holders will be wiped out. New  shares of new co. will be issued. They can start all over again.

CBCA section 192 - is a form of credit protection - man this is painful....................  It doesn't guarantee a stay of anything just buys time. If an arrangement can't be met with ...more

No they issue new shares. The bond holders get a % and the old shareholders get a %. Hopefully they allow the common shareholders to own a peice of the new company.
