The company has to find out what is for sale and find a buyer to clean them out.I think that's a part of the program that appears to be forgotten buy management.

and they have picked a price at which they probably are making a profit. Unfortunately for those small share holders that get tired of waiting they have to unload a steep discount to what the stock ...more
