I have a feeling the future might involve a lot of legal costs. Something is seriously fishy and it seems as if some rather Material Information was not disclosed to investors.

I do not see it either. That section should be simple math. An increase in A/P over last year is shown as an increase (whereas a decrease in A/P) would be decrease or use of cash. AP only changed by

Well rough math, 700k in invisible sales...... cost of that product would be roughly 300k for arguments sake. Now we write off 260k of inventory, well those are the sales that may have been recorded.
