Dan, in response to some of your comments. The TR does not have a breakeven point, just NPV, IRR and ROI. You could call sale price backed out from NPV $0 the breakeven point, if all else euqal it ...more

patos, the ychart reported $245 fob Vancouver in April 2020 decreasing to $202 in June 2020. Are they still running potash through the west coast ports?   lol NOLA is out of New Orleans ...more

patos, what potash prices are you relying on.   fob or cfr? Huge difference and I believe Wynyard economic metrics are based on fob Vancouver. Paying for freight is getting super expensive for ...more
