If the Government does not renew mineral rights. I suggest there is a VERY close Monitor of who ends up with mine. The ones to watch would be LBN and who they deal with as partners. Every permit ...more

In the future to get a mining permit you will have to go through LBN FNs. These people will hand out a couple of fast permits , just to save FACE. It was bad enough just to go through Government ...more

There were 2 mines at Granisle, Babine lake. They operated until mid 1970s It would be worthwhile to see what the look like now. One was on island in mioddle of lake
