Ans share worth $4.27 today?
My calc is if you take LP shares instead of cash, this would happen. One ANS share equals .235 LP share. Current LP Share price is $17.43 US dollars or $18.18 Canadian. (Conversion rate 1

The Deal
I guess they like it. They now have unlimmited access to timber lands in Northwest Ontario since most paper mills have shut down. This is a prime example of a large shareholder

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation After Hours Trading, $15.2379, - $1.7121, -10.1 %, that's better, as expected, pump and dump, the same will hold true for Ainsworth and Norbord at the open, hopefully all three fall lower, much lower, so they should in this lousy economy, poor housing starts and low priced OSB, all trending lower. GLTA, thank you Fraud Street, you done good, much appreciated!
