2.18 cash flow per share price 12-13 times that with div at 1.85 price .91 book management performance in ROA 4.5% ROE 10.3% and ROI at 6% current yield 6.8% good prospects in Vaughan and in centres ...more

The anchor tenants always pay much less per Square foot then the smaler tenants.That is real estate commerical rents 101. I am certain there is a rent increase in the walmarts leases of a  ...more
