Globe putting out fake manipulative articles..
saks valued at over 3b us $$ and debt on that property is less then 1b $. Valuation of saks alone is over 4b $ canadian. Bids are in cd$..that makes this cheaper by 30% just on its own.

There's also window dressing selling right up to the last trade of the calendar year. Institutional funds like pension funds, mutual funds, etf funds etc report their holdings based on the trade
