Go back to the Q2 report to find the amount of debt they have, which is substantial as they have two series of debentures outstanding. Subtract that before doing a per/share calculation. Its all

Is $11.00 enough ??
Cash flow last quarter was $1.06 per share or $4.24 annualized. The $11.00 price is a 2.59 multiple. Also the pipeline interest is worth about $225 milion or $2.65 per share and then

I just got an email saying pmg will be taken over for 11 dollars a share. Plus shareholders will receive 1 share of explore on for every pmg share.
