Wow! Not a 37% premium as I mentioned but 56%of the 20 days average closing price!!! Happy with that!! Shorter are going to pay dearly and I love it!!

Go back to the Q2 report to find the amount of debt they have, which is substantial as they have two series of debentures outstanding. Subtract that before doing a per/share calculation. Its all ...more

Is $11.00 enough ??

Cash flow last quarter was $1.06 per share or $4.24 annualized.  The $11.00 price is a 2.59 multiple.   Also the pipeline interest is worth about $225 milion or $2.65 per share and then ...more

I just got an email saying pmg will be taken over for 11 dollars a share. Plus shareholders will receive 1 share of explore on for every pmg share.
