Agreed...this is a terrible offer for existing shareholders. Values the stock at basically 2017 levels. Minimum acceptable offer is in the USD $9.x range. This company is easily worth $9.70 USD.

they are giving no premium to assembling the portfolio and want to buy a readymade portfolio for the NAV. Makes no sense for shareholders and hopefully makes no sense for management.

but hardly any premium for the consolidated portfolio that is assembled. Just offering few cents above NAV is not enough to me as a shareholder. Increasing last offer by 2 cents makes no difference ...more
