Seems light to me because of the small amount of debt ERF has. If you apply these numbers to a WCP or CPG and subtract the debt differential the percent premium does not cover WCP or CPG higher debt.&

Dundas sold out cheap
Sold my shares back in November for $24.50, so if I were still a shareholder I would be disappointed in the sale price would have expected a higher premium

Just did some calculations based on Chord's closing price from yesterday. ERF shareholders would receive about US$17.00 (C$23.00) worth of Chord shares + $1.84 so we'd come in at just under C
