I don't think you're missing anything. The deal in my opinion was fantastic as it leaves the company with lots of cash to execute more deals and strengthened the relationship with Newmont ...more

Market patterns and low volume aside. The recent news and revenue reports from this company point to it being much higher then it is right now. Is there something I'm missing?

Does anyone herein think it would be a bad idea if say Newmont and PanAmerican became one. Gold Siver, Gold Silver, Gold Silver, sort of belong together do they not? Maverix would be their royalty ...more
