SIL mkt cap is huge for 1 asset and 110k Au oz/ year production, I think its a good deal, yes share price could go little higher, but SIL needed M&A, deal is better for SIL shareholders, lets wait ...more

All in all imho it appears a win/win

for CDE and for SILV....although I think SILV would continue to do well on its own I think the offer is ok for SILV shareholers and a good deal for CDE but dyodd jmho
