They'll announce the dividend today. They never said it was going to be in the morning for the announcement. It's most likely coming after the market closes. Their a different company now ...more

Both TRP and SOBO are reporting tomorrow AM ... and have said previously that is when they will declare the dividend for the end of Jan/25 pay date.
