International business&that deal

Well, it was not insignificant growing over 400% to over $9mm, more than their Cdn business generates! Trouble is that they don't describe it in detail but it must come from repeat and referral ...more

the nov 4 agreement onm SEDAR looked pretty incomplete but a news release in Oct said that Basin was buying out Doug Wenzel and the two private co's for $30MM and based on $2.30 a share. It ...more

There have been staccato price movements in the past few weeks, higher take up, quite close bid/ask prevail for a while, bids then disappear and offer price eases...no financials due to be reported ...more
