With EPT there is no flipping. I agree with you fortfry. Hard to make a buck when shares average around 28,000. More like a buy and hold with your spare money here lol JMO GLA Cheers

Just wondering. If you buy 100 shares for 100 pennies do you get brokers discount or is it 1 dollar for the stock and $9.95 for the fee so 100 shares costs $10.95?
