Great time to slowly add here. With Greece and the like keeping oil prices low, it will be enable MPL to add more royalty positions, making it a nice play as oil recovers. In the meantime the divvy is ...more

Yes, agreed. This is a great time to keep adding quality royalties on the cheap. Franco Nevada does this the best, that is why they make money at all times.

9.6% Yield with a payout ratio under 50 percent!!!!

At current price it is a total steal. Very conservative payout ratio and the best time to add royalties. Price should move up by 30 percent or so in the near future to get yield around 6. This slow ...more

I would think Dan has another deal or 2 lined up this summer, with many oil companies in need of cash to drill ,the choices will be endless. Our payout is way below 50 % giving him  lots of cash ...more

This is a mojor reason for the support at 25 cents. Once the divi is confirmed to the market in the next few days this will see a nice pop. This is going to be a long term growth story.
