True  :(  The release 2 days ago says audited financial due first week of March and closing March 13th. They did offer some financial info nearly 40 million (Canadian dollars) in revenue ...more

In the news article that posted 4 days ago it mentioned the closing of the Dreamfields deal was extended until today so hopefully we should hear some news that it is closed and done and hear more soon ...more
