that frosts' my balls is that there was an insider that sold on April 14th & Apr 15th (about 1m shares @ $0.015/sh) and still there is nothing on SEDI. 2 weeks after that the crappy f/s

it still requires 50% + 1 vote from disinterested shareholders for the deal to go through. This would be approx. 27m vote in favour... and then there's Alterra as Nanaimo16 suggested previously
