Dividend is as good as gone. If nothing else the market has already eliminated it for them. That's what .50 stock price means. Not necessarily a bad thing, especially if it coincides with an asset

Not sure who bought it. I am sure that will come out in future reports. I do know the transaction closed with proceeds to the Company of $12.3 mil less closing adjustments
