I think it would be fairly reckless to pay a dividend at this point. In the new commodity price environment, cash flows will be down and borrowing base will be down. They need to sell some assets, get ...more

Dividend is as good as gone. If nothing else the market has already eliminated it for them. That's what .50 stock price means. Not necessarily a bad thing, especially if it coincides with an asset ...more

Not sure who bought it. I am sure that will come out in future reports. I do know the transaction closed with proceeds to the Company of $12.3 mil less closing adjustments
