The only good thing the comittee did was to fire the CFO Shaileen Chande . He drove the company to a cliff .

With a commitee to put together a coherent plan/strategy....if the reit aint up for sale then absolutely no reason not to conclude it and communicate the plan to get this back in the right diection

AFFO around 0.11 or higher it shoud be ok....thats a 9.5x AFFO multiple, lots is baked in the unit price. If they find a way to tank it somemore it wont be good on this new management team after a 8 ...more

Nothing stopping this from a $5 handle and 7.2% yield. Gotta start giving the market some transparency and that 2024 will be weathered with or without cuts
