Agree on SGR.un being better - but already have a full position. Don't agree re INO cuz it has a payout ratio much in excess of 100% according to BMO analyst.

Good yield at 6 % now  i don,t see other  Good Reits paying 6% now may  be couple small ones  so i think this will trade around here 12.50 --13.50
