It would be a lot higher
If they have to make their 15% target for 2019, earnings in Q4 would have to be a million $. So net cash would be a lot higher than $2m. So you do have a point. They should buy back at least $2-300k

Not a significant trade since Oct 7. I think we are in wait an see mode here, a lot is hinging on Q3. Will management deliver, or will their promises fall short yet again?
