I will have to review the MDA, but what I gathered Atlantic can deduct the mill and mine repayments before the sharing of the pre tax profit. I believe the payments are spread out over 3 years.

onetimer, I understood that Acadia will not have to pay anything to its partners until the mill construction is paid. Perhaps I am wrong but it was my understanding. TTMAC
