I think you are on the right track jjeerryy, especially with the exec. pay. The dividend would have to be more substantial to sway votes though, as we already receive $0.035 every month. Personally I ...more

I was thinking a carrot such as a special .02 dividend on all shares coupled with a reduction in payout to the execs.  I think that could be the only carrot that would turn the vote YES.   ...more

Yes, perhaps, but retail investors like us wouldn't be able to enjoy any of these 'carrots'. They will focus their efforts onto the big institutional investors who hold more ...more
