Yes, financing from the past is the issue.  There is a fox in the henhouse.  If you know anything about the terms of the financing, it is easy to see.

It really all has more to do with the really really super bad financing that they did in the last round.  It is possible that the financer may obtain another 40-50 million shares for that ...more
