they live in the same neighborhood so to speak ancd have one billion they are looking to acquire properties with is some talk of in Calgary. WFE has 83 million shares , so 1 bil divide by 83

If a BOD member is in conflict, then typically they would abstain from the voting process, and might need to be out of the room for certain discussions. I do not see this as a point of concern. I see

My money is on Baytex, Ed Chwyn has purchased a fair number of shares the last couple of months and he's a director for both companies, I believe.
