I see at least $16 to close the gap.  Maybe then, a new overnight offering.  ENB is going up.  Charts look very favorable for ENB and ENS.

The price almost always drops below the offer price so why would you want to buy into the offer?  Either way I assume the offers are made directly to institutions only.
