If I understood correctly. John Zechtner on BNN this am said he bought Athbascan ,yesterday I think, because of the bal sheet with the cash, feels it can turn up also said could drop as well!!!Hmmm.

I have heard back from IR who explain that when Buchanan left Spyglass employment as CEO, he forfeited the rights to a portion of his compensation and this was recorded on SEDI.

The discrepancy is that the dispositions shown on CI are not insider buys or sells but rather RSU's, being cash bonuses to employees that are computed based on share price. After the merger

the only way a shareholder wins if they have shares in a company that Tom is involved in is if they buy when the stock hits rock bottom and then he gets company bought out for 25%+ premium...that'
