pure joke at this point.  2 years and in same place.  good thing nwh has rent increases with inflation, might be good to sell it all to fixed income investors with inflation hedge

AFFO around 0.11 or higher it shoud be ok....thats a 9.5x AFFO multiple, lots is baked in the unit price. If they find a way to tank it somemore it wont be good on this new management team after a 8 ...more

With dividend cut already

And expectation the AFFO will be around 0.10/0.11 in 2024 per quarter, bar is set pretty low.    Hopefully some good news or at least developments in terms of updated plan can give it a ...more
