It looks like Salida Capital wants to get their hands on the trasure chest following the Genel transaction. Salida had a very bad performance with their hedge funds, rumour was out at end of last year

Can easily get an extension for the sale, and in a very short period of time, but could not get an extension to drill !!! Smelled fishy right from the start and getting STRONGER .

The lack of a news release on the vote is strange. Normally the results are given the same day, or first thing the next morning at the latest. But this usually is because the vote went as predicted. &

LFD management stinks
I cant believe they get paid all their contract money and then stay on too. Just doesnt sound legal or right. If they really cared they wouldnt accept/steal that $4 million.
