Does anyone notice

This is definitely being kept down every time I see it "green" it instantly evaporates.  9% yield they are giving this dog after a steep dividend cut, no one wants it.

Unfortunately, the longer this goes on, the more it reminds me of Nortel. Unfortunately, in the case of Nortel, no one I remember was ever found responsible and charged.
