After they opened the bids on Friday (I'm assuming there were bids to open.) they can contact other bidders to see if there is interest. Then they need to negotiate with the best bidder to agree ...more

These guys haven' t got the credibility to do another round of financing so the heat is on to sell. They threw the last years investors to the wolves buy waiting til their warrants ...more

Share price run up

Is this a sign of a leak or more increases yet to come? I would be just as happy with a paper transaction provided we get a 50% bump in price to that of the aquirer. Let us wait and see ...more

Due Diligence Period

Typically 30days, but with ATK it should be relatively short, not a whole lot to review regarding liabilities. Its been a long wait...IMO a nice bump is coming.
