You are mixing up Dividend Amount and Yield.   Yield on these are much much much higher than GICs Yields....    Yields factor in Share Price.   "X" is trading ...more

Another interesting comarison.... T's vs C's

Long term Charts shows something interesting.   From 2016 to 2020 the C's share price remain flat at just above $25, while the T's share price was a Yo-Yo, down and up.     ...more

Why I hold BPO instead of BPY or BN or some other prefer....

simple, BPO RESET yields looks to be much higher than anything out there just about.   Simple as that.
