Crazy price ....even with a 50% divi cut this would still

yield a juicy 8.5% with a low payout ratio... looks like tax loss selling , fear and maybe short selling all combined..... nxt week my 30 days are up pre q3 release.. will buy back ...more

probably be a quick flip here but if you not pretty fare distribution at this price. Insider buying in november was reassuring but markets not just this stock sure are a mess.
