Would the Shorts need to come up with the CASH
on Dec 1 to cover the Dividend or on Dec 31 when it's paid??? Or do they just pay it all when they cover???

Yes but you have to be a holder of the G on Dec 1 I believe. Then you get paid on the 31. FYI, I dipped my toes into the Commons.

Contract Law, Minority Rights Law, Security Laws.....
I would imagine that all Laws apply. The Terms of the Preferreds as I understand is a Contract, as such would fall under Contract Laws. All just my opinion...... anyways, I&

"Dissent Rights" I think is more applicable to the Commons
as the Terms of the Preferreds are pretty clear, IMHO. Terms of the Preferreds is a Contract. All just my opinion.

This 10% must be something different. 34% is what is left over from 66% approval. Terms of Preferreds seem pretty clear to me, Preferreds entitled to $25/share.

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!! I'm calling it early, it's going to
be a very merry merry Christmas for shareholders of oil companies this Christmas. Extra Stuffing for Husky/Cenovus shareholders.... Deal makes sense, just need to make Preferreds Whole.
