New board guy

Has 22m shares and pdl same.  Probably down over 100m on their ACB.  Need to sell assets big time and pay off debt and run ncib under 5.

Every reit is being tanked hard.  guess cuts cant be that close( (maybe the reit space is expecting HIKES)?

I have just over 8000 shares avg. price around $4.45 could take a while for things to turn around ( actual good news to show up ), but either way interest rates will come down in the second half of ...more
