in BC. So it's great prices are rising nicely,  but unfortunately a portion of gains will be offset by the flood imacts on  over a third of their capacity. WFG has spelled the flood ...more

But ditgn get me wrong, mid 600s is excellent. My analysis looks great above 600. Below 600 is where it gets a bit less appealing. 800 is gravy

no futures are 800+, not current prices. Q1 will be excellent, Q4 likely won't be a ton higher than estimated

Currently $0.88 for 4Q21, mildly above 3Q est eps. I think this will need to be revised significantly considering market price for lumber seems to like $800+.
