Buy buy buy ....buy low sell higher ....it just being manipulated ....they should cut div to zero and buy back all of the shares ....even buying at this level nets the reit 12% on the purchase ...more

What r u un to Nwh.un for ...my base is only $4.26..... it's not going under ..broken up it worth at least $10 ...after debt payed off ....so average down tomorrow for the dividened ...dump some ...more

WHO CARES HOW MUCH NWH "CAN " BE WORTH

Restore some value and lets move on, lots of REITS to recycle capital into.   PDL and partners had an offer back in August and what is this still nothing? Offer us $9 and lets move on.

Does anyone notice

This is definitely being kept down every time I see it "green" it instantly evaporates.  9% yield they are giving this dog after a steep dividend cut, no one wants it.
